uncommon goodness
rebrand
Noodles & Company is a special place, from the fresh ingredients in every dish they serve to the way they treat their people, to the variety on their menu. They needed a brand refresh to reflect all of that goodness. So, Uncommon Goodness was born.
To bring the campaign to life, we used captivating color, inviting copy and built an entirely new photography library for the brand. We had the opportunity to create new in store experiences, launch social campaigns, develop brand activations and make out of home. And probably more, we made a lot of things.
To make it all happen I oversaw three different photoshoots, spent a year collaborating with my team to develop new brand guidelines and worked incredibly close with our clients over at Noodles & Co throughout the process.
This campaign resulted in generating 509M in total revenue growth, 19 new store openings and a 16% increase in rewards members.

brand activation: uncommon lunch hour
The pandemic hit the service industry hard. So, we wanted to serve up some uncommon goodness to other folks working in restaurants. All 400+ Noodles & Company restaurants hosted the uncommon lunch hour on employee appreciation day, which allowed any service industry employee in uniform to come in and get a free lunch, on us.
